Both of our self catering apartments have been fully refurbished to a very high standard. For added flexibility both apartments are available for short breaks of 2 nights or more (except at peak season). Please note our tariffs include bedding, towels, electricity, central heating etc. with no hidden extras. You will also have toilet rolls, small bar of soap, pint of milk, coffee, tea bags and sugar to set you going.
POLDARK:- This apartment is on the ground floor. It has 2 bedrooms , one double and a twin bedded room. Both bedrooms have lovely ensuite shower rooms with double showers, heated towel radiators etc. The double room has freeview tv, radio alarm clock, dressing table, double wardrobe, hair drier etc. The twin room has single wardrobe, hairdryer, freeview tv, radio alarm clock etc.
There is an open plan lounge, diner,kitchen. The lounge area has freeview tv, dvd player, music centre, leather sofas etc. The kitchen is equipped with fan assisted oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, ironing board and iron and small hoover etc. There is no washing machine, however we do offer a laundry service at cost price. The apartment has a dedicated parking space right outside your front door in our own car park.
TRELISSICK:- Large 2 storey apartment on the 1st and 2nd floors. It has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin room, family bathroom, kitchen diner and large lounge. Both bedrooms are equipped with double wardrobes, dressing tables, freeview tv, radio alarm clocks, hairdryers etc.
The beautiful family bathroom has a large shower bath with power shower,large heated towel radiator etc. Down stairs the kitchen diner is fully equipped with built in oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, washer dryer, ironing board and iron, hoover etc. The separate lounge has large leather sofas, freeview tv, dvd, music centre etc. Outside is a lovely south facing private decked patio area with table and chairs and barbeque. This apartment is decorated to the highest standard and is far more spacious than the usual holiday let.
